Westside Dentistry has an on-site laboratory for producing exclusive dental accessories, mouthguards, and more. We have 100% control over the quality of these treatment options to guarantee a highly personalised and comfortable fit for each of our clients.

Our clinic is passionate about our patient-centric approach and aims to deliver a reassuring and hopeful outcome to every visit. We also offer a free 10-minute same-day pre-assessment. You will receive a comprehensive check-up and the option to proceed with a treatment plan immediately after.

Dr. Jay Hsing

Jay graduated from the University of Queensland with First Class Honours.

He also takes continuing education to keep up with the latest dental technology, techniques, and trends. “Dr. Jay” is beloved by kids and most trusted by parents for his work in creating a reassuring and child-friendly environment to encourage routine dental care. He is our resident expert in extractions, crowns, and implants.

On top of this volunteer dental work with Homeless Connect Australia and Tzu Chi Foundation, Jay is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australian Prosthodontic Society, the Cadmus Society, which he has served as President, and owns a fellowship in dental sleep medicine.

He is also an Academic Clinical Supervisor at the University of Queensland’s Dental School, where he teaches and lectures dental students. Outside of the clinic, he is a massive Brisbane Broncos fan and a hiking, film, and tennis enthusiast.
